While some of us choose to take an all-nighter only to go to bed at 4 in the morning and wake up three hours later, some of us may go to bed and decide to stay in bed for over half of the day, only to wake up at 4 in the afternoon.
Too little sleep and your cognitive abilities, alertness and concentration will be reduced. While you think you’re making more room for the day ahead to work harder or spend more time, your loss in potential cognitive function can severely outweigh your productivity.

Socialising is a characteristic of every person on this planet which should take up a large amount of our lives!
It is a building block to creating friendship bonds, family bonds and developing our illiterate skills. The more we socialise the better we bond with the people around us and the more articulate we get through social boosting . This is important, because the more people we are surrounded by, the better we thrive in our mentality and flush away any underlying depression.
When considering our wellbeing, many of us do not consider socialising as a main priority.
